Our Impact
By working with local partners and civil society coalitions, we are able to reach fragile areas and support lasting change.

How we create lasting results
Real change grows from the ground up – that’s why Danmission works through partner-led coalitions that bring together community leaders, women, youth, and civic organisations to address the root causes of conflict and environmental degradation.
Our approach combines Dialogue & Diapraxis, Coalition-Building, Advocacy & Inclusion, Awareness & Behaviour Change, and Recovery & Resilience — tools that help move entire systems toward peace, inclusion, and environmental stewardship.
How we learn and measure change
We use a Global Results Framework (GRF) to track outcomes across all programmes, focusing on changes in behaviour and systems, not just activities. Each country adapts this into a Country Results Framework (CRF) with locally owned baselines, targets, and indicators.
Through Outcome Harvesting, we collect both qualitative and quantitative evidence to document change – such as when a ministry adopts an anti-hate-speech policy, or faith networks take joint climate action. This method helps us understand how and why change happens, and verify Danmission’s contribution without claiming sole credit.
Our Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) system ensures that we track results, learn continuously, and adapt programmes based on evidence.

Accountability and safeguarding
We uphold zero tolerance for discrimination, sexual exploitation, and abuse. Mandatory conduct standards apply to all staff and partners, while our MEL and financial management systems strengthen transparency and continuous improvement across all programmes. Value for Money is documented within these systems.
